Job Summary

SaiSavali Infra Construction LLP is looking for an experienced Tender Engineer with a strong background in the Building & Construction industry, particularly in civil infrastructure and road construction projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete tendering process, from reviewing tender documents and preparing estimates to submitting bids within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and review suitable tenders related to civil infrastructure, road construction, and building construction projects.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and terms and conditions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and rate analysis.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, including all required supporting documents.
- Handle online e-tendering processes, tender portal registrations, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to collect quotations and required information.
- Prepare comparative statements, costing sheets, and commercial bid documents.




- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, EMD, and other submission conditions.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, pre-bid queries, and submission status.
- Maintain tender records, submitted bids, and related documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Building & Construction industry is compulsory.
- Experience in civil infrastructure, road construction, or building construction tenders.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Practical experience in e-tendering and technical/commercial bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and online tender portals.
- Ability to independently prepare, review, and submit tenders within deadlines.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with government, private-sector, infrastructure, or road construction tenders.
- Knowledge of tender eligibility requirements, EMD, BG, and other commercial formalities.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
