Position: Ads Run Associate
Experience Level: 1 -2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce/D2C paid advertising
Location: In-Office (Gurgaon Office)

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Ads Run Associate to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across key digital channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career performance marketer who has learned the basics of media buying and wants to scale a rapid-growing D2C brand. You will work closely with our marketing managers and creative team to turn ad spend into profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Setup & Execution: Hands-on experience managing ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto in Platform Knowledge
- Daily Monitoring & Budget Management: Keep a close eye on live campaigns to ensure budgets are tracking correctly, pacing smoothly, and not overspending.
- Creative Briefing & Collaboration:



Analyze creative performance data and collaborate with graphic designers’/video editors to brief them on the next batch of high-performing static images and User-Generated Content (UGC) videos.
- Understanding of Amazon DSP is an added advantage.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Track and compile daily/weekly performance metrics—including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and Conversion Rate (CVR)—into dashboards for the leadership team.Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns specifically for an FMCG, e-commerce or D2C brand.

· Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹30–50 lakhs.

· Ability to conduct competitor analysis and identify keyword and market opportunities.

· Understanding of Amazon DSP is an added advantage.

- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas) to sort through campaign data.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
