Job Description: AI & Data Analytics Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Provide ERP support and solutions across Accounts, HR, Tendering, and Procurement departments.
- Utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve business productivity.
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, cost comparisons, and tender-related data.
- Support financial data analysis, expense tracking, and reconciliation reports.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, employee records, and workforce data.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Identify process gaps and recommend technology-driven improvements.




- Coordinate with department heads and ERP vendors for troubleshooting, implementation, and training.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AI tools, data analytics, and process automation.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Analytics, IT, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
