Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the study abroad counselling team.
- Drive student admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Guide students through course selection, university applications, and admission procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with universities and international education partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure excellent student service.
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and business growth.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the study abroad industry.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of international education and admission processes.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales and conversion abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
