We are hiring for Inside Sales Counselor at Sugar.fit, a company in the healthcare industry.

Job Details

- Company: Sugar.fit
- Role: Inside Sales Counselor
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA + incentives
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales/inside sales within the healthcare or edtech industry
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years
- Gender: Male/Female
- Working Days: 6 days a week, with rotational week-offs
- Working Hours: 9 AM onwards; rotational shifts/roster
- Languages: English and Hindi or any regional language are mandatory
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face only
- Interview Days: Tuesday and Friday only

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with outbound leads through calls.
- Understand customers’ requirements, health concerns, and fitness goals.
- Explain Sugar. Fit's programs and benefits through consultative selling.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM.




- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant tele sales/inside sales experience in healthcare or edtech.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
