Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospital and corporate office positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to fulfil hiring requirements.
- Recruit doctors, nurses, hospital staff, IT professionals, and corporate employees as required.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment targets and immediate hiring requirements are met.





Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
- Candidates with hospital recruitment or IT recruitment experience are preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
