Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Duck Creek Policy-to-Insights integrations and Extract Mapping solutions.
- Analyze and resolve data mapping, reconciliation, and integration issues across Policy, Billing, and Insights platforms.
- Perform policy, premium, and transaction-level data validation and reconciliation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support production issues involving missing or incorrect policy data.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and data quality validation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams through analysis, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and support ad hoc reports and enterprise reporting initiatives using Duck Creek Insights and Data Mart solutions.




- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across integrated insurance systems.
