Job Summary

Techno Dot Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students' communication, interpersonal, and career development skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, practical training experience, and the ability to engage students effectively while supporting academic coordination and daily academy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on English communication, personality development, public speaking, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Develop students' confidence, teamwork, leadership, and employability skills.
- Plan and deliver engaging training activities and assessments.
- Coordinate training schedules, student attendance, and batch activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Support student onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day academy operations.
- Coordinate with trainers, students,



and management to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and student performance updates.
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, placement activities, and academy events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage training sessions and coordinate multiple activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to support academy operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
