HIRING – SOURCING & VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

Position: Sourcing & Vendor Development – Electrical & Electronics

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE – Electrical / Electronics

Location: Manesar

CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing and vendor development for electrical components and electronic components.

· Identification, evaluation and onboarding of current vendors.

· Vendor development for PDU (Power Distribution Unit) and DC-DC Converter components.

· Sourcing of A-grade / quality-critical items as per specifications.

· Vendor negotiation,



cost comparison and commercial finalization.

· Coordination with vendors for quotations, samples, quality and timely delivery.

· Supplier follow-up and development to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.

· Maintain vendor database and sourcing-related documentation.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Engineering and Production teams.
