Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping GSA to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant environment throughout our hospital and guest facilities. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain patient rooms, guest rooms, corridors, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other supplies as required.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, washrooms, and other facilities.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials safely.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to hospital hygiene and waste-management procedures.
- Replenish toiletries and other housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items,



and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow infection-control procedures and hospital cleanliness standards.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from patients, guests, and staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or HOD.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: SSLC or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
