Essential Functions
• Leadership and performance management of the Noida Operations team
• Documentation and setup of critical processes for India distribution center
• Support successful Go Live for the India distribution center
• Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
• Recommend optimal freight transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




• Detail-oriented with a very high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization and customers.
• Computer-savvy, preferably with a working knowledge of logistics software, SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Valuable analytical skills with the ability to present analysis of data. Minimum education and work experience required
• Minimum 10 years relevant operational experience in traffic or logistics
• India-specific import and domestic traffic/logistics experience is critical
• Experience with SVB is preferred
• BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management is preferred Additional Job Description
