Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Voice and Video service platforms.
• Handle incidents affecting voice, SIP, video, and collaboration services.
• Participate in troubleshooting and service restoration activities.
• Analyze service-impacting events and escalations.
• Support maintenance and implementation activities.
• Maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Support 24x7 NOC operations. Mandatory Technical Skills
• SIP, VoIP, Unified Communication concepts.
• Voice/Video troubleshooting.
• NOC monitoring tools.
