Job Overview

Designation: Senior Content Developer – Technical

Desired Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

Location: Vellore

We are seeking a Senior Content Developer – Technical to be a key member of our ACE (Academic Center of Excellence) at Vellore.



The role will focus on developing high-quality, industry-relevant technical content, curriculum, assessments, and learning resources.
The candidate will work across areas such as Java & DSA, Python, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Agent Development, Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Cloud, and other emerging technologies. The role will also involve teaching technical classes, conducting workshops, recording sessions, and continuously exploring new technologies.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop technical curriculam, learning materials, labs, assignments, projects, and trainer resources aligned with industry requirements.

- Create and maintain question banks, coding assessments, quizzes, and project-based assessments across different difficulty levels.

- Develop and continuously enhance content across Java & DSA, Python, AI, Data Science, GenAI, and other emerging technologies.

- Take technical classes, workshops, bootcamps, and live coding sessions as required.

- Record technical classes, tutorials, and demonstrations to build high-quality digital learning content.

- Research emerging technologies, tools,



and industry practices and identify opportunities to introduce them into Ethnus programs.

- Review technical content and assessments to ensure accuracy, relevance, quality, and learner effectiveness.

- Collaborate with Training Delivery and Program teams, support Train-the-Trainer initiatives, and contribute to building ACE as a centre of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of experience in software development, technical training, curriculum development, or technical content development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java & DSA and/or Python, with the ability to develop and teach technical content.

- Working knowledge of AI, GenAI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Agent Development.

- Exposure to Data Engineering, Big Data, Cloud, Databases, Power BI, or Full Stack Development is an advantage.

- Strong programming, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience in developing curriculum, technical content, question banks, assessments, and projects.

- Comfortable with classroom delivery and technical video recording.

- Ability to learn quickly and work across multiple technology domains in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
