Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role Purpose: Focus on Transit quality, yard management, vehicle custody and defect free delivery to dealerships

Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordination with Plant for shifting of vehicles and CT IN process review/ strengthen for proper vehicle checking and ensure no skipped cases. Training on CT IN process/Driver training (Internal & External)/Product Quality with MLL Team
• Yard management and proper vehicle parking mechanism handling.
LTSM activity to be carried for yard vehicles in every 15 days
• Ensure timely BBND clearence & defect free vehicles CT OUT and no skipped cases from CT-IN
• Ensure to inspect/Audit vehicles Quality before & after loading at Trailer by adhering the SOP




• Transit tracking and unclean e-POD analysis and prepare concentration diagram and take up with Plant PVT and Customercare team Preferred Industries Automotive Industry Education Qualification MBA; Post Graduate Dip in Mgmt; MBA in Supply Chain Management; Post Graduate Dip in Mgmt in Supply Chain Management General Experience
• Solid understanding of vehicle technology, logistics operations, yard management, BA handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to effectively address field-level queries and provide timely, practical solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to optimize and leverage human capital for improved team performance.
• Strong results orientation with a focus on achieving business objectives.
