Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Non-IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or life sciences recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various non-IT positions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and client requirement analysis. The individual must be capable of independently preparing, formatting, and customizing qualified resumes based on specific job descriptions and client requirements. Strong communication,

organizational, and candidate-management skills are essential for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, and life sciences positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, skills, and relevant industry experience.
- Recruit for roles such as Automation, QA/QC,



Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Production, R&D;, and Validation.
- Independently prepare, format, and customize professional candidate resumes according to client requirements and job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Candidates must be capable of preparing and formatting resumes independently without relying on a separate resume-writing team.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Non-IT recruitment and pharmaceutical job functions.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches.
