Title: Architecture Draftsman

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience: 7-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently prepare detailed architectural drawings and working drawings.
- Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and as-built drawings.
- Convert architectural concepts and design inputs into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and structural drawings.
- Review drawings for dimensions, technical accuracy, and execution feasibility.
- Ensure timely delivery of complete and construction-ready drawings.

Required Skills:

- Expert-level AutoCAD - Mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit.
- Proven experience in government building projects – Mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, and GFC documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
