We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in Tamil Nadu. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2 and L3 support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for applications in a production workplace, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams as necessary.
- Monitor application performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
- Utilize Autosys for job scheduling and management, ensuring timely execution of critical processes.
- Write and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Work with Unix and Linux environments,



ensuring optimal configuration and performance of applications.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in production support and application support.
- Proficiency in Autosys for job scheduling.
- Experience with L2 and L3 support processes.
- Solid understanding of shell scripting and its application in Unix/Linux environments.
