About the Role
Saburi Plywoods is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Pre-Sales Executives to support the sales team by generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining robust communication with dealers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact existing and prospective dealers through outbound calls.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Follow up with dealers regarding product enquiries and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and database management.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on scheduled meetings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers and channel partners.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
• Prepare daily call reports and MIS updates.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate concerns when required. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile




• Graduate / Under Grads in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
