Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Engineer who will be responsible for driving business development, generating current enquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a technically sound individual who can understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, coordinate internally for techno-commercial proposals, and convert enquiries into business. The candidate will work remotely while travelling extensively to meet current customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.

Key Responsibilities




Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Generate enquiries from EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-user industries. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct regular customer visits to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities. Expand the company's customer base through strategic prospecting and networking. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions. Conduct technical discussions and product presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned region. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Proposal, Production, Quality, and Project teams for timely submission of quotations and execution of orders. Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders. Support customers during project execution whenever required. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
