Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP & Joule Administrator to manage SAP BTP landscape setup, SAP Joule configuration, SAP Build Work Zone, and related administration activities. The ideal candidate should have robust SAP BTP administration experience, hands-on SAP Joule setup expertise, and a solid SAP Basis background.

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Joule Setup
• Set up and configure SAP Joule for Business, Joule for Consultants, and Joule Studio (Classic).
• Manage entitlements, service instances, and role assignments.
• Configure Joule skills, agents, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other connected systems.
• Advise on prerequisites, licensing, and rollout planning across user personas. 2. SAP BTP Landscape Setup & Administration
• Design and implement BTP landscapes, including global accounts, directories, subaccounts, and Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma environments.
• Manage entitlements, quotas, and service plans across subaccounts.
• Configure identity and access management using SAP Cloud Identity Services, role collections, and trust configurations.
• Set up SAP Cloud Connector, destinations, and connectivity to on-premise systems.
• Establish landscape governance, naming conventions, cost monitoring, and audit readiness. 3. SAP Build Work Zone Setup
• Implement SAP Build Work Zone (Standard or Advanced Edition).




• Configure sites, content channels, and role-based launchpads.
• Manage app integrations, tiles, groups, and personalisation.
• Configure content providers and consumers across environments.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity provider integration. 4. SAP Basis Administration
• Perform daily Basis administration, system monitoring, transport management, and system health checks.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams on access, certificates, and connectivity.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and service release updates.
• Maintain operational runbooks, procedures, and incident response processes. 5. Governance & Documentation
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and operating procedures.
• Support customer presentations and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior administrators and contribute to internal capability development. Required Qualifications & Experience
• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3–4 years focused on SAP BTP administration.
• Hands-on experience setting up SAP Joule for Business, Joule for Consultants, and Joule Studio (Classic).




• Strong knowledge of BTP global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, and Cloud Foundry environments.
• Experience implementing SAP Build Work Zone, including site management and content configuration.
• Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services, role collections, and SSO integration.
• Solid SAP Basis administration experience, including monitoring, transports, user administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring SAP Cloud Connector and hybrid connectivity to on-premise SAP systems.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration patterns and SAP Business Suite landscapes. Preferred Qualifications
• SAP BTP or SAP Certified Technology Associate / Professional certifications.
• Experience with SAP Joule rollouts or generative AI enablement in SAP environments.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP HANA Cloud administration.
• Experience in pre-sales or customer advisory roles.
• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or automation using the Cloud Foundry and BTP CLIs. Key Competencies
