About the Role
IIVS is hiring a Gemstone Sales Expert to handle customer enquiries, understand their gemstone requirements, provide product consultation, and convert qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle gemstone enquiries through calls & WhatsApp. ● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstone options. ● Explain quality, authenticity, certification, pricing, weight, origin & specifications. ● Handle customer objections and confidently close sales. ● Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline. ● Maintain customer and sales records in CRM. ● Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. ● Coordinate with the internal team for billing, certification and dispatch. Candidate Profile: ● 1–4 years of experience in gemstone, jewellery,



luxury retail, B2C or consultative sales. ● Valuable knowledge of gemstones and their quality parameters. ● Knowledge of Vedic Astrology & gemstone recommendations is a strong advantage. ● Excellent communication in Hindi & English. ● Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills. ● Target-driven and comfortable selling high-value products.
