Modern Homeopathy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading homeopathy healthcare organization since 1996 with branches across India and abroad. We are looking for an HR Executive to keep our people operations running smoothly. We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive with at least 2 years' experience to manage our day-to-day human resource operations and support effective workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Hiring -Handling end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Staff Management -Coordinating with staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations. -Supporting employee engagement and addressing basic employee concerns.
• Attendance Management -Monitoring daily attendance, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring accuracy.
• Leave Management -Managing employee leave applications, approvals, and maintaining leave records.
• Employee Records Management -Maintaining and updating employee files, personal records, and HR documentation.




• HR Policies & Compliance -Ensuring implementation of company HR policies, rules, and procedures. -Assisting in disciplinary actions and policy communication when required.
• Payroll Support -Coordinating attendance and leave data with the accounts/payroll team.
• Onboarding & Exit Formalities -Handling joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.
• General HR Support -Assisting management with HR-related tasks and reports as required. Skills &

Requirements:
-Graduate in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred) -Experience of 2+ years as an HR Executive or in a similar role -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Positive working knowledge of HR processes and labour practices (PF, ESI, leave rules) -Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel -Strong communication, organisation, and time management -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Why Join Us?
