Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Khandagiri branch office in Bhubaneswar. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, and supporting them in selecting solutions that meet their needs. The Sales Associate will handle daily sales calls, follow up on leads, prepare basic quotations, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for order processing, providing after-sales support, and contributing to local marketing or promotional activities.



The Sales Associate is expected to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
