We’re Hiring: Director – Data Engineering | Kadel Labs, Bangalore ?

Experience:
18–25 years What you’ll do:
• Define data engineering strategy, architecture and roadmap
• Lead and mentor data engineering teams
• Oversee scalable batch and near-real-time ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build solutions on Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server and MongoDB Atlas
• Own Power BI models and semantic layers
• Drive AI-enabled development practices
• Partner with clients and senior stakeholders; support pre-sales. What we’re looking for:
• Strong Python, PySpark, Pandas and SQL
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines)
• Strong SQL Server, MongoDB/Atlas and Power BI/DAX
• Data modelling (Star/Snowflake, Data Vault)
• Proven team leadership and client-facing skills Positive to have: Databricks/Delta Lake, Kafka/Event Hubs, Azure/AWS/GCP, data governance, Mortgage/Real Estate domain ? Interested?
