• Advisory: feasibility, procurement and contract strategy, commercial risk, BIM strategy, valuation
• Consulting: PMC/PMO, quantity surveying, contract and subcontract management, planning and project controls, BIM and digital construction

Learn more at www.converragroup.com. The role We are looking for a driven BD skilled to generate leads, manage client follow-ups and support proposals as we grow across India. You will work closely with the Senior Manager
- BD and our technical teams.

Key responsibilities
• Research and qualify prospects among developers, contractors, PMCs, architects and public agencies
• Monitor tender portals, RFQs and EOIs, and track project announcements across India
• Run outreach by email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp,



and set up meetings for the senior team
• Prepare company profiles, capability statements, pre-qualification documents and proposal drafts
• Coordinate with technical leads on scope, fee inputs and submission deadlines
• Maintain the BD tracker and CRM, including follow-ups, meeting notes and pipeline status
• Attend client meetings and industry events, and follow up on new contacts
• Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports What we're looking for
• 8-10 years in business development, tendering or client servicing with a construction consultancy, PMC, QS firm, contractor or BIM services company
• Understanding of construction and consultancy services such as PMC, QS, contract management, BIM and claims
• Hands-on experience with tenders, pre-qualifications and proposal documents
• Strong written and spoken English, and good presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with CRM tools
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Organised, persistent and comfortable managing many follow-ups at once
