Role Description The Chemist role at Ravi Organics Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Muzaffarnagar. The Chemist will perform routine and specialized laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications. Daily responsibilities include preparing reagents and solutions, operating analytical instruments, documenting test results, and maintaining accurate laboratory records. The role involves supporting quality control activities, contributing to research and development projects,



and assisting in troubleshooting production issues. The Chemist will collaborate closely with production and quality teams to uphold safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Robust Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, preparation of samples, and operation of common lab equipment.
• Quality Control and Analytical Skills to perform tests, interpret data, and ensure products meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Research and Development (R&D;) and Research capabilities for method development, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of chemical safety protocols, good documentation practices, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work accurately, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing chemistry environments is an advantage.
