The role focuses on conducting structured technical interviews, evaluating coding, system design, and problem-solving capabilities, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent selection for product development and engineering teams. • Technical interviewing and candidate evaluation (10+ years experience)
• Software development, testing, data engineering, or cloud technologies (10+ years hands-on)
• Coding and programming assessment expertise across technology stacks
• System design and architecture evaluation capabilities
• Problem-solving and analytical assessment skills
• Technical knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Structured interview feedback and assessment documentation Optional Skills (Good to Have)
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platform knowledge
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Interviewing across multiple technology stacks
• Stakeholder management and hiring collaboration




• DevOps and CI/CD ecosystem awareness Professional Attributes & Qualifications

Education:
BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Leadership: Experience guiding interview decisions and mentoring technical teams
• Ownership: Ability to independently drive candidate assessment and hiring recommendations
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism: Ability to provide objective, concise, and constructive feedback
