Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, combining responsibilities of Designer Leathergoods, Sample Coordinator, and MIS Executive. The role involves designing leather goods and accessories aligned with brand standards, market trends, and customer requirements, including concept development, material selection, and specification creation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sample development with design, production, and merchandising teams, tracking sample status, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accurate sample records. The role also requires managing Management Information Systems (MIS),



preparing regular reports on production, sampling, inventory, and order status, and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to quality and safety standards, and continuous process improvement in design and sample management are central to this position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong leather goods and accessory design skills, including concept development, material knowledge, and an understanding of fashion and product trends.
• Candidates should possess sample coordination and production support skills, including tracking sample workflows, liaising with manufacturing units, and ensuring timely delivery and approvals.
• Candidates should possess MIS and data management skills, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, working with spreadsheets/ERP systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Candidates should possess planning, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple design projects, sample requests, and reporting deadlines efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, merchandising, production, and quality teams.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Leather Technology, Product Design, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in leather goods, footwear, or accessories manufacturing, and familiarity with quality and safety standards, is an advantage.
