Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site in the Greater Jodhpur Area, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, and building a pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting Nexora Technologiees’ services, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow key accounts, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure a positive client experience.



Collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and preparing sales reports and forecasts are also core aspects of this position. Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including research, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and presentations.
• Experience in Account Management, maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or technology services is preferred.
• Ability to work in office in the Greater Jodhpur Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with using CRM tools and basic productivity software to track activities and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
