Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Noida. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, write, and produce engaging content for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating posts, reels, short videos, and stories, and collaborating with the strategy and design teams to ensure brand consistency. The role involves adapting brand narratives into platform-specific formats, monitoring performance metrics,



and refining content based on audience insights and campaign goals. The Social Media Content Creator will also stay current with trends, formats, and best practices to help clients build relevance and trust with their audiences. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong social media content creation skills, including short-form video, reels, stories, and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in content planning and strategy, such as developing content calendars, aligning content to brand objectives, and tailoring content to different platforms.
• Candidates should possess visual and basic production skills, including an eye for design, familiarity with simple video editing tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and producers.
• Candidates should possess analytical and optimization skills, including the ability to interpret social media metrics, A/B test content, and refine outputs based on performance data.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including explicit written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
