Role Description This is a full-time in office telecalling intern role based in Dange Chowk. The telecalling intern will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Fox AirComm’s digital marketing and bulk messaging services, explain offerings, and generate interest or leads. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up on inquiries in a timely manner. The intern will handle basic customer queries, share relevant product information,



and schedule callbacks or appointments for senior team members when needed. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, adhering to calling scripts and guidelines, and meeting assigned call and lead targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including persuasion, relationship-building, and handling objections respectfully.
