About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized Junior Project Manager to coordinate digital marketing projects, manage team workflows, and ensure timely task delivery. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing activities, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and track digital marketing projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Team Management: Coordinate with SEO, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and other teams to align tasks and priorities.
• Task Monitoring: Assign tasks, monitor progress, follow up with team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Client Communication: Assist in managing client updates, sharing project progress, and addressing routine queries.
• Workflow Management: Maintain project trackers, task lists, timelines, and status reports.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and management.
• Problem Solving: Identify project delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues with appropriate solutions.
• Reporting:



Prepare regular project status reports and maintain documentation of deliverables and milestones. Required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies will be an added advantage.
