Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for SAP TM incidents, service requests, and problem management.

Support transportation planning, freight orders, carrier management, freight settlement, and transportation execution processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP TM and integrated SAP applications.

Support end-to-end OTC processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue, Billing, and Freight Cost Settlement.





Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.

Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants.

Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, support procedures, and change management processes.

Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience with SAP Application Support / AMS experience supporting SAP business applications in a production environment.

Strong functional knowledge of:

SAP Transportation Management (TM)

Transportation Planning & Execution

Freight Orders & Freight Settlement

Carrier & Logistics Management

Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

Good understanding of SAP SD and integration with logistics processes.

Experience in:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Service Request Fulfillment

Root Cause Analysis

SLA-driven support delivery

Working knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Experience using ticketing tools such as Service Now, Xurrent, Jira Service Management, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Ability to work with global customers and support teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (Embedded TM or Standalone TM).

Knowledge of SAP EWM, MM, FI/CO, or GTS integration.

ITIL Foundation Certification.

SAP TM Certification.

Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, or distribution operations.
