Role : Parent Relationship Executive Role Overview The Parent Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and guiding them through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and positive experience at every stage. The role involves responding to enquiries, building relationships with parents, providing information about the school, managing follow-ups and supporting the school's admissions goals. The executive will also ensure that every interaction reflects the values and philosophy of Shiv Nadar School.

Key Responsibilities
1. Parent Engagement & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, ensuring timely, courteous and accurate responses to enquiries across phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective families, understanding their expectations and guiding them through the admissions journey.
• Communicate the school's educational philosophy, curriculum offerings, distinctive programs and value proposition effectively.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience during campus visits, school tours, information sessions and parent interactions.
• Address parent concerns and queries sensitively, escalating matters to relevant stakeholders wherever required. 2. Admissions Enquiry & Conversion Management
• Manage incoming enquiries and maintain regular, structured follow-ups with prospective parents.
• Guide families through the admissions process, including registration, application submission, documentation, assessments, interactions and admission confirmation.
• Track prospective parents across different stages of the admissions funnel and proactively follow up to facilitate progression.
• Identify potential barriers to application completion or admission acceptance and work with the admissions team to address them.
• Support campus admissions targets through proactive engagement,



effective follow-ups and a parent-centric approach, while adhering to admissions policies and procedures. 3. Admissions Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and updated records of parent enquiries, interactions, follow-ups, applications and admission status in CRM.
• Ensure timely updating of enquiry dispositions, parent feedback and communication records.
• Monitor enquiry pipelines, pending applications, conversion opportunities and follow-up requirements.
• Prepare and share periodic admissions reports, including enquiry trends, application status, conversion rates and parent feedback.
• Identify recurring parent queries, concerns and reasons for non-conversion to support continuous improvement of the admissions experience. 4. Parent Experience & Service Excellence
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality parent experience across every admissions touchpoint.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, responsiveness and discretion in all parent interactions.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy while communicating admission criteria, processes, timelines and policies.
• Gather parent feedback and share actionable insights to improve admissions communication and service delivery.
