Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Engineer role based in Koppal. The Safety Engineer will oversee safety practices across solar, wind, and thermal project sites, conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to prevent incidents. Daily responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations and company standards, performing site inspections, and updating safety documentation and reports. The role also involves coordinating and delivering safety training for project staff, collaborating with construction and operations teams, and supporting emergency preparedness and incident investigations. The Safety Engineer will work closely with management to implement continuous improvements in safety performance and culture. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety, including risk assessment and site safety management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Occupational Health, including understanding of workplace health standards and exposure controls.
• Candidates should possess skills in Security and safety compliance, including awareness of regulations and protective measures on energy project sites.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training, with experience in delivering safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for diverse teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field; certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian safety regulations and standards for construction and energy projects; experience in solar, wind, or thermal projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional site teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in office in dynamic project environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
