Hiring: Academic Counselor Machinser Academy is an Odoo-focused training academy offering practical, career-oriented training programs for students, graduates, and professionals who want to build careers in Odoo ERP and related technologies. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, help them choose suitable training programs, and support them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels.
- Convert prospective leads into course enrollments through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and training requirements to recommend suitable Odoo training programs.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, training structure, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures to prospective students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and prospective learners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to improve enrollment conversions.




- Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and student enrollments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion and student engagement.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process. ### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, customer service, education sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A friendly, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
- A stable internet connection and a suitable setup for handling calls and online communication.
