Role Description The Sales and Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle care needs, and recommending suitable detailing and eco-friendly service packages. The associate will handle inquiries, explain service features and pricing, manage basic documentation or billing, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming customer area, providing updates on service status, and supporting after-service follow-up to encourage repeat business. The role also requires tracking customer feedback, assisting with promotions or local marketing activities,



and adhering to company standards for safety, quality, and customer experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain services clearly, and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess sales and relationship-building skills, such as recommending appropriate service packages, supporting upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining long-term customer rapport.
• Candidates should possess basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling billing or documentation, managing appointments, and coordinating with service teams efficiently.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technicians, supervisors, and other associates in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, such as responding to unexpected situations, learning new service offerings, and adhering to updated processes or technologies.
• Completion of secondary education or equivalent; prior experience in automotive services, retail, or hospitality customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Comfort working in office in a vehicle service environment and willingness to follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Basic computer or point-of-sale system familiarity and proficiency in local languages and English will be beneficial.
