3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a Stibo STEP Developer with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), preferably in Product Information Management (PIM). The candidate should have experience in STEP configuration, workflows, business rules, scripting, and data quality management.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain data models, hierarchies, attributes, workflows, and business rules in Stibo STEP.
• Implement CRUD operations, Match & Merge, duplicate management, and survivorship rules.
• Develop and maintain STEP scripts using Java/JavaScript, XML/XSLT, and SQL.
• Implement data validation, data quality, and governance processes.
• Support data migration, onboarding, synchronization, and system performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.




• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware where required. Required Skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP; 5 years of overall IT experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of STEP Workbench, business rules, CRUD operations, and workflows.
• Experience in data hierarchy, taxonomy design, and MDM concepts.
• Knowledge of Java/JavaScript, XML/XSLT, and SQL.
• Experience in either STEP configuration/workflow design or development and scripting. Good to Have
• PIM domain experience; Customer or Supplier MDM experience is also acceptable.
• SAP, ERP/CRM integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, or middleware exposure.
