Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with knowledge of Next.js, PHP, and Laravel to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to build responsive, efficient, and scalable web applications. As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and other team members to develop, test, maintain, and improve web applications while following coding standards and best practices. Job Requirements
• Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with Next.js and React.js for frontend development.
• Positive understanding of PHP and Laravel framework.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Understanding of MySQL databases, SQL queries, and database relationships.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket for version control.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Ant Design is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Redux or other state management libraries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting web applications.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Additional Skills (A Plus)
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Redis, caching, and application performance optimization.
• Knowledge of React Native.
• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
• Understanding of website security and performance optimization.



Responsibilities As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Developing, maintaining, and improving web applications using Next.js, PHP, and Laravel.
• Building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Developing and maintaining backend functionality using PHP and Laravel.
• Creating, integrating, and maintaining REST APIs.
• Working with MySQL databases, writing SQL queries, and managing database relationships.
• Writing clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Identifying, debugging, and resolving application issues.
• Collaborating with senior developers, designers, and other team members to implement new features.
• Participating in code reviews and following established coding standards.
• Using Git and Bitbucket to manage source code and collaborate with the development team.
• Testing applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Learning and applying new tools, technologies, and development best practices.
• Contributing to the complete software development lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and maintenance. Job Qualifications and Skill Sets To be successful in this role, you should possess the following

qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in web development. Freshers with relevant projects or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic to good knowledge of Next.js, React.js, PHP, and Laravel.
• Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases, API integration, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve technical skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
