Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.
• Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.




• Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience
• 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting Preferred Qualifications Experience in technical recruiting environment Applicant Tracking tools (ATS) tools experience
