Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida. The Project Engineer will manage end-to-end project execution, including technical design review, coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams, and alignment with client specifications for air pollution control and biomass drying systems. Daily responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, preparing technical documentation, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities at client sites.



The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to address technical queries, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and resolve implementation issues. The Project Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support after-sales technical service, and maintain accurate project reports for internal and client stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to industrial pollution control and biomass drying systems.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource coordination, and on-time project delivery.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline), with experience in industrial projects or EPC environments.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial standards, safety practices, and basic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, and be willing to travel to project sites as required.
