Role Description The Blister Operator – Pharmaceuticals is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring blister packaging machines to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines according to batch specifications, performing routine checks, and adjusting parameters to maintain quality standards. The operator will inspect blister packs for defects, ensure proper labeling and sealing, complete production documentation, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams to report issues, support minor troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement in packaging processes. Qualifications
• Experience operating pharmaceutical or packaging machinery, especially blister packing equipment, with a strong focus on safety and precision.
• Knowledge of GMP, standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and basic quality control principles in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail for visual inspection of products, labeling checks, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions, production schedules, and batch records, and to maintain explicit, legible documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine machine set-ups, minor adjustments, and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and adhere to hygiene and safety requirements in a pharmaceutical facility.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging is preferred; vocational or technical training in industrial operations is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
