Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, primarily focusing on Oracle Fusion Financials, with some exposure to Procurement. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in reporting, integrations, SQL, production support, troubleshooting, and quarterly release management. The candidate will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, support business operations, maintain integrations, and ensure the stability and performance of Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with limited support for Procurement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, and SQL queries.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and FBDI.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation to identify and resolve application issues.
• Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, and post-release validation.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and production deployments.
• Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support when required.
• Support Oracle Fusion security configurations, including user roles, privileges, and data access controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.




• Prepare technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with agreed SLAs and ITIL processes. Technical Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical consulting or application support.
• Solid technical experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses and Tax
• Basic to moderate exposure to Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Purchasing and supplier-related processes.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of FBDI data loads and data migration processes.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion security, roles, privileges, and data access.
• Experience in production support, incident management, RCA, and change management.
• Knowledge of Oracle quarterly release updates, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools and ITIL processes. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Soft Skills
