We are looking for a motivated B2B Software Sales Executive who can identify business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
• Connect with business owners, directors, and decision-makers to understand their software requirements.
• Present and demonstrate ERP, POS, CRM, and other business automation solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
• Schedule product demos and client meetings.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records.




• Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships. Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, ERP, POS, or IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn performance incentives.
