Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Payments & Management: Manage vendor payments, payment schedules, outstanding balances, and vendor account reconciliations.
• GST & TDS Compliance: Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and related documentation.
• Accounting & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, accounting entries, ledgers, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, expense reports, and other financial reports.
• Stock Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct stock audits, verify inventory records, reconcile physical stock with book stock, and identify discrepancies.
• Financial Analysis: Monitor expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital to support business decisions.
• Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely completion of statutory requirements and maintain records for audits.
• Management Reporting:



Provide regular financial updates, identify variances, and recommend improvements in financial controls. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
• Experience preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
• Knowledge of stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
• Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage financial records accurately and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in trading, distribution, retail, or consumer electronics businesses will be preferred. Work Location? 7th Avenue, near Phoenix Palassio Mall, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh This is a work-from-office position.
