Alliance Manager – DSA & Channel Partners (Personal Loans) Ram Fincorp | Delhi NCR (Delhi / Gurugram / Noida) | Full-time About Ram Fincorp Ram Fincorp is an NBFC offering personal and short-term (payday) loans to salaried customers. We’re growing our field channel network and looking for a hands-on Alliance Manager to build and run it. The role This is a field role, not a desk-based strategic alliances position. You will scout, onboard and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and channel partners in your territory, and make them a consistent source of loan disbursals. What you’ll do
• Identify, meet and onboard recent DSAs and channel partners on the ground
• Train partners on our products, process and eligibility criteria
• Drive monthly lead logins and disbursal targets through your partner network
• Track partner-wise productivity, and activate or replace low performers
• Work with credit and operations teams to improve approval rates and turnaround time




• Maintain strong relationships and resolve partner issues quickly
• Keep an eye on the competition and local market to spot partners worth adding Who we’re looking for
• 5-10 years of experience in NBFC / lending in a channel or DSA sourcing role
• A proven record of personally onboarding and managing DSAs / channel partners to source personal loans, unsecured loans or business loans
• Quantified results, such as the number of DSAs onboarded and the share of disbursals they contributed
• Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR
• Graduate required; MBA preferred
