About the Role
A writing-intensive role focused on analysing student profiles and crafting compelling university applications, including SOPs, essays, CVs, and Letters of Recommendation (LORs) for leading universities in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
• Profile Analysis: Identify students’ strengths across academics, internships, projects, leadership, and extracurriculars.
• SOPs & Essays: Develop essay strategies, select stories, and draft and refine narratives while preserving the student’s authentic voice.
• CVs & LORs: Strengthen resumes and support Letters of Recommendation with evidence-based, impact-oriented content.
• Research: Research universities, programmes, admission requirements, and career trends.
• Editing & Review: Ensure clarity, coherence, grammatical accuracy, and alignment with university requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with counsellors and senior strategists to deliver high-quality application materials. What We're Looking For:




• Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to structure complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
• Keen attention to detail and openness to feedback and revisions.
• Interest in higher education, university admissions, and application writing.
• Prior experience in writing, editing, research, or university applications is a plus. Note:
• This is a full time, strictly in-office role focused on university application writing, not social media content or marketing copywriting.
• This position is particularly suited for candidates who enjoy writing but are equally interested in understanding people, analysing experiences, and developing strategic narratives.
