Role Summary Release Manager to own end-to-end release planning and coordination for NT application teams, ensuring smooth, well-governed deployments across environments in a large enterprise financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the release calendar and coordinate release schedules across multiple application/dev teams
• Plan, sequence, and manage releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Drive release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation
• Coordinate with Workplace Manager, DevOps, QA, and application teams to manage dependencies and conflicts
• Manage release risk, rollback plans, and change management processes (CAB/ITSM alignment)
• Track and report release status, issues, and metrics to stakeholders and management
• Ensure compliance with client's release governance, audit, and change control standards




• Support CI/CD pipeline coordination and release automation initiatives Required Skills & Experience
• 12–15 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion in Release Management
• Proven experience managing releases in large, complex enterprise environments (financial services strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices
• Hands-on familiarity with release/change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (dev, QA, infra, environment management)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills able to present status to senior management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation is a plus
• Exposure to banking/capital markets/asset servicing environments preferred
