Remote Type: Internship Duration: 6 months Stipend: ₹15,000 per month About Papigen Papigen is a staffing and talent solutions firm working with companies across the globe. We're growing our B2B client base and want a Growth Intern to help build the pipeline and the brand behind it.

What You'll Do
• Research and find high-potential leads through LinkedIn, web tools, communities, and databases.
• Build and maintain lead lists, and help run outreach campaigns over email, DMs, and other channels.
• Help write outreach messages that match our voice and actually get replies.
• Track outreach performance and suggest what to change.
• Find and test recent channels and tactics to grow awareness and inbound interest.
• Support growth experiments such as referral programs, partnerships, and community building, and track how they do.
• Research competitor strategies and market trends.
• Help grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create content (posts, visuals, short videos) that shows our culture, team, and open roles.
• Work with the team to gather stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes material.




• Monitor engagement and report on how employer brand campaigns perform. Who You Are
• A student or recent graduate in engineering, business, communications, or a related field.
• Interested in B2B marketing, growth, and employer branding.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, Notion, and Canva (or similar tools).
• A strong writer and communicator.
• Curious, creative, and happy to try new things and reach out to people cold. What You'll Gain
