About the Role
We are looking for experienced SAP PM/MM Master Data Engineers with strong expertise in asset management, maintenance master data creation, and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CMMS/SAP PM implementation projects, equipment master data management, and technical document review for industrial facilities such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and extract technical data from engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs;, SLDs, GA Drawings, Cross-Section Drawings, Performance Curves, Datasheets, Vendor Documentation, and O&M; Manuals.
• Develop and maintain SAP PM Master Data, including:
• Functional Locations (FLOC)
• Equipment Masters
• Maintenance Plans
• Task Lists
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Work Centres
• Create and validate asset hierarchies and equipment structures within SAP PM.
• Perform equipment tag verification and asset data quality checks.
• Support master data management and governance activities within SAP PM and SAP MM.
• Review and validate maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Support CMMS/SAP implementation, migration, and data cleansing activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage spare parts and material master data within SAP MM.
• Ensure compliance with data standards and project requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM and SAP MM.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems.
• Experience creating and managing:
• Functional Locations
• Equipment Masters
• Maintenance Plans
• Task Lists
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Ability to interpret and review:
• P&IDs;
• PFDs
• SLDs
• GA Drawings
• Technical Datasheets
• Understanding of maintenance methodologies:
• Preventive Maintenance
• Corrective Maintenance
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Calibration Maintenance
• Condition Monitoring
• Knowledge of plant equipment such as Pumps, Valves, Piping, Rotating Equipment, and Process Equipment.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance. Preferred Industry Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
